Recently, China Re Group entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Agricultural Bank of China, pursuant to which He Chunlei, President of China Re Group, and Zhan Dongsheng, vice president of Agricultural Bank of China, were representatives to sign on behalf of both parties.

　　Based on the principle of mutual benefit and co-development, both parties will leverage on their leading position in their respective industries and capitalise on their respective resources and channel advantages to actively carry out business innovation and cooperation in the areas of the Belt and Road Initiative, financial technology application, asset management, investment and financing, as well as financial and insurance product development, so as to enhance the depth and breadth of cooperation between both parties and better serve national strategies.
